How can I do TheraCoaching with you?
What are your office hours?
What is the length of each session?
How do I set my initial appointment?
Do you take my insurance?
What is your cancellation policy?
Late notice cancellations disrupt our schedule. We can’t offer that time slot to someone else who may need it.
More importantly, I hope you are as committed to your goals as I am to helping you reach them. And cancellation will delay our work together.

What makes you qualified to do this work?
The coach in TheraCoaching is a guide, instructor, and facilitator knowledgeable in therapeutic methods and processes and simultaneously an expert coach. The coach offers support for the client’s growth and personal development, encouraging clients to tap into their creativity, think outside the box, and explore new possibilities.
My qualifications include the following: Doctorate of Leadership in Strategic Foresight; Master of Clinical Social Work; Certified Coach in Life, Career, and Executive Coaching; and Certified NLP Coach.
I also have 29 years of experience in Behavioral Health.
I attained all these for the very purpose of helping others reach their goals and exceed their expectation no matter what level of education they have.
How did you get into TheraCoaching?
For many years my dad, a very successful businessman with five businesses and a second-grade education, insisted that I was missing my calling. He said, “You are wasting your time and energy working for others when you can do a better job working for yourself.” It took losing my job to immerse myself in this work I am passionate about.
